What the day will look like
Domain Expertise and Strategy Alignment:

+ Leverage deep knowledge of the Human Capital domain to inform data governance strategies

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data priorities with client needs and business objectives.

Client Engagement:

+ Work closely with clients and our business stakeholders to understand what data elements will be valuable to solve our clients' current and emerging needs and driving Aon's commercial outcomes

+ Take a leadership role in the management and execution of the Human Capital Data & Analytics Client Council
