About The Role

The Data Insights Manager is a pivotal hybrid role responsible for Hippo’s end-to-end knowledge management and commercial reporting strategy. Sitting within the Commercial Operations team, this role will support growth by ensuring that our Sales, Bids, and Operations teams have immediate access to high-quality, actionable data.

As Hippo moves toward an AI-driven environment, this role serves as the Data Steward for our internal intelligence. As the main point of contact to help others find the information they need efficiently, this role bridges the gap between traditional bid, proposal and report production and modern data analytics, ensuring our indexing tools and AI agents are kept up to date with structured, high-quality content to enable the business to run effectively and grow.
