Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and billing details.
• Conduct detailed invoice audits to identify discrepancies, overcharges, or incorrect fees and coordinate with vendors to secure refunds or corrections.
• Maintain organized, category-based audit reports to track findings, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve internal processes.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial and audit reports.
• Monitor UPS and FedEx shipping accounts, record invoices in tracking sheets, and ensure timely coordination of payments.
• Track and reconcile duty and tariff charges related to UPS, FedEx, and CBP shipments.
• Manage data-related tasks and generate reports as needed to support operations and leadership.
