The Role

As the Data Workstream Lead, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of all data-related activities for the Unify program, a complex transformation that is making Imperial Brands more simplified, efficient, and data-led. This program spans multiple markets, and your role will be critical in ensuring high-quality data drives effective business processes and decision-making.

You will design data strategies, oversee data migration, cleansing, and cutover plans, and coordinate local data activities to ensure alignment with global objectives. You will work closely with technical experts, markets, and factories to define target-state data models within SAP S/4HANA and implement solutions that underpin the success of the program.
