Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR.
• With strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines
• Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
• Can supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems.
• Willing to be assigned at Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, FPIP I Tanauan, Batangas.
