Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Data Management Architect is responsible for assisting our sales team in architecting and quoting the appropriate backup and recovery software for Meridian’s customers.The qualified candidate will possess strong knowledge of Commvault and other data protection technologies. The engineer will be responsible for driving sales in our Data Management brand.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Pre-Sales Opportunity Development

  • Assist Account Managers with the development of qualified opportunities through remote and on-site customer meetings.
  • Gather all of the relevant business and technical requirements to develop the appropriate solution.
  • Develop solution proposals that define customer expectations, product, and service requirements that are necessary to achieve documented client objectives.
