**About the Role**:As the **Data Management Manager**, you will lead the Data Management team in delivering accurate, standardized, and high-quality catalog data across TecAlliance Americas.Acting as the primary client contact, you will oversee workload planning, process efficiency, and quality control to ensure that all catalog goals are achieved using ACES, PIES, TecDoc, and PartCat standards.This role combines technical expertise, client management, and people leadership — mentoring team members, managing Jira-based task allocation, and aligning client expectations with operational capabilities.By fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, you will directly influence TecAlliance's reputation for excellence and data reliability across the region.
