Job Overview

Ensures databases are up to date, developed and supported to meet production requirements and that the production view is compatible with requirements and processes.

Manages database enhancements; manages and consults on production views, and provides direct support to reference system users

Responsibilities:

• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds stable working relationships internally. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Performs research to gather information from third parties that will augment the completeness or accuracy of IQVIA reference data.
