Data Manager - Insurance domain

Role Objective

The Data Manager will design and oversee the organization’s data migration and data management systems. The primary goal is to ensure that data is accurate, available, and secure while establishing a Single Source of Truth that enables leadership to make evidence-based business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Architecture: Design enterprise-wide data strategies, including the implementation of data lakes, warehouses, and master data management (MDM) frameworks.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Develop and enforce policies for data handling and sharing. Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., UAE Data Protection Law, GDPR, PDPL).
• Data Quality Assurance: Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure the adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of all data sets.
