Data Manager (Real Estate Data Admin)

Overview: We are a real estate investment company seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager to manage our daily data operations and lead-generation research. You will pull fresh property data from county sources every day, ensure the team's KPIs are recorded, and run deep prospecting campaigns to find hard-to-reach home sellers using manual research paired with AI tools. Your work will directly fuel our lead pipeline and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Data Pulls: Retrieve new public records (e.g. probate cases, foreclosure listings, tax delinquencies) from county websites and other sources every day, then clean and upload this data into our system.

• KPI Tracking: Confirm that all team members have input their daily Key Performance Indicators (calls, leads, appointments, etc.), and compile these KPIs into a daily report. Flag any missing data and follow up to ensure accuracy.
