Pay rate range - $60/hr. to $65/hr. on W2

Hybrid – 4 days in office per week

Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager with deep expertise in data governance and a strong track record delivering complex, data driven initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate cross functional programs that advance our Capital Markets data strategy while ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Data Strategy.

You will drive consistency between data governance standards and business objectives—without directly managing individual contributors.

You will partner closely with the DML and collaborate with data leads, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure program tasks are completed thoughtfully and in support of our data governance and data quality goals. This role is critical to maturing our data governance capabilities and enabling scalable, compliant, and trusted data operations.
