Data Migration Senior Lead

The role is responsible for the delivery of the data migration strategy, solution and processes to enable programme deliverables within S/4HANA and SAP MDG ensuring alignment with design, process and governance principles.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Demonstrate and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. personally and within the team.

+ Own and manage the S/4HANA programme Data Migration workstream, including planning, strategy, scope, governance and quality control.

+ Develop the data migration strategy and approach for the Programme, including data objects, extraction, transformation, load (ETL), validation methods and sequencing.

+ Oversee the build of the data migration tooling, templates and scripts, ensuring repeatable and auditable processes.

+ Ensure data quality and compliance, implementing controls, data cleansing plans, and issue resolution processes.
