We are looking for a proactive Data Miner / Client Lead Generator to identify and provide high-quality leads of healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. This role will play a key part in driving business growth and client acquisition for our healthcare recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, etc.)
Enter and maintain leads in CRM systems or spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation progress.
Coordinate with the sales or business development team for follow-ups.
Ensure that all collected leads are verified, relevant, and actionable.
