Job Description:
The Data Network Infrastructure (DNI) / GPON Analyst is responsible for
supporting enterprise network infrastructure including wired, wireless, GPON,
NAC, and access switches. The role focuses on configuration, monitoring,
troubleshooting, deployment, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable
network connectivity across hotel, gaming, and back-of-house environments.
Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Operations
Support Antlabs systems including:
Error sharing limit management
Session updates related to PMS integration
Guest and hotel sign-in issue resolution
Regular health checks and SOH monitoring
Manage Distribution and Access Switches:
VLAN changes and uplink redundancy checks
Configuration backup and restoration
Switch health checks and status monitoring
Perform configuration backup for GPON devices supporting Gaming and Hotel
