Position description

Founded on the belief that a country’s natural resources belong to its citizens, the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) brings together governments, civil society, and companies to improve natural resource governance. With over 50 member countries and 60 supporting companies, the EITI promotes transparency, accountability and informed policymaking in the extractive sector.

Behind the small but ambitious and impactful organisation is a diverse and dynamic team of experts, ready to welcome you and support your learning as you navigate the EITI Standard and its global implementation. Based in Oslo, Norway, the EITI International Secretariat comprises a collaborative and multilingual team of around 50 professionals who value growth and development.
