Role Overview
As a Data Operations Analyst at Broadridge, you'll ensure the integrity, quality, and accessibility of critical financial data powering our platform. You will build scalable data pipelines, drive automation, and collaborate across teams to deliver accurate insights that enable smarter financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis, validation, and quality checks on operational datasets (e.g., incidents, tasks, schedules, support metrics).
Investigate data anomalies, mismatches, and inconsistencies using SQL-based analysis.
Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring operational reports.
Support data cleanup initiatives, including standardization, deduplication, and reconciliation of historical records...
