Data ops Analyst

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of intelligent systems and workflow automation, utilizing machine learning and data-driven insights
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Create clear, actionable reports and presentations for various stakeholders
• Use analytical techniques and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to automate reports and increase efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations and company policies
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of new systems and processes
• Provide administrative support, prepare correspondence, and assist with drafting SOPs

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years or more of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a similar role within the Life Insurance or FA/Agency industry.
