Data & Process Architecture Specialist

We are hiring a full-time Data & Process Architecture Specialist to design and structure the internal operating system of our company.
This role will be responsible for building a scalable and well-structured data architecture that supports current administrative operations and future projects and business lines as the company grows.
Key responsibilities:
– Designing and implementing structured, relational data models
– Defining and managing database architecture and data governance standards
– Leading CRM implementation, optimization, and data integration
– Building a structured reporting and analytics layer
– Automating administrative and operational workflows
– Integrating cross-functional data across departments
– Ensuring long-term scalability and system sustainability
