Data Processing Agent

We are looking for a Data Processing Agent to help us analyze user-provided data and resolve product issues. This role will utilize various data tools, such as Google Maps, Street View, and heat maps, to reconstruct user issues and propose preventive measures.
Issue Investigation: Conduct in-depth investigations on user-reported detour issues, analyze the causes, and summarize problem patterns.
Data Validation and Cleaning: Validate and clean map data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of geographic information.
Advanced Analysis: Use data analysis tools to deeply analyze map data and issues, and provide data-driven optimization suggestions.
Report Writing: Write detailed analysis reports for the team and management to reference.
Analyze user feedback and data to identify root causes of issues.
Utilize Google Maps, Street View, and heat maps for data visualization and trend analysis.
