**About the role**



CoStar Debt Solutions is building the next generation of CRE analytics software — a platform where data, benchmarking intelligence, and client workflows come together in a single experience to support how lenders originate, evaluate, and manage risk.





A central part of this vision is our **Benchmarking product** , which enables lenders to compare loan performance, pricing, and risk characteristics against a trusted market dataset. This product is rapidly evolving, with significant investment in expanding coverage, improving methodologies, and delivering more actionable insights directly into client workflows.
