Data Product Analyst

Position Description

We want to make the best decisions possible for our products and to do that, we need to make data-driven decisions. To achieve this goal, we are looking for a talented Data Product Analyst (DPA) to join the product data team.

As a Data Product Analyst at Sonar, you are the architect of clarity and the bridge between technical infrastructure and business value. You own the entire data lifecycle—from dbt SQL modeling and event-based schema governance to high-level executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Data project ownership & delivery – Managing a data project from start to finish using agile methods, helping stakeholders refine their questions into structured data projects, advising on measurement, modeling, and tool selection, and facilitating discussions to bridge high-level business goals with technical execution.
