Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, the Systems Consultant is responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to the sales representatives and other appropriate members of the sales team.

Essential Responsibilities:
§ Remote technical support responsibilities may include telephone, documentation, and technical research support. Development of training materials and programs, competitive information, documentation, and presentation materials. 
§ Technically detailed feedback regarding Quest Software Data Protection Team and competitive product to the Marketing department.
§ Provide documented technical responses to customer and partner requests.
