POSITION TYPE PERMANENT, FULL-TIME

POSITION SUMMARY


Under the direction of the Director of Children and Families, the Data Scaabe will serve as a first point of contact for First Nations families seeking advocacy support to help navigate the Manitoba Child and Family Services (CFS) system. The Data Scaabe will assist families with completing the pre-intake process; will present comprehensive file summaries at weekly case conference; and will be responsible for extensive data entry of all client files into the First Nations Family Advocate Office (FNFAO) Database.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will inform clients of the accountability agreement and consent to release information forms during the pre-intake process;

  • Will work with families to complete the intake and orientation process and ensure that documentation is received and filed in the FNFAO Database prior to presenting at case confer...
