We are looking for a Data Scientist with advanced English proficiency to join a Loyalty Project focused on enhancing customer engagement and long-term retention. This role will play a key part in personalizing the customer experience through data-driven products and machine learning models at scale.

This opportunity is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore, build and run end-to-end machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised) to personalize the LATAM Pass experience.
• Design and execute experimentation frameworks, including A/B tests, to validate impact and drive data-informed decisions.
