Data Scientist

The role is responsible for driving advanced data science initiatives, leveraging machine learning and Generative AI to deliver actionable insights, predictive models, and intelligent automation across the organization. The incumbent will design, build, and deploy scalable analytical and risk models, support targeted customer engagement and credit decisioning, and enable data-driven strategies through close collaboration with business, BI, and technology teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development, assessment, automation and governance of data science projects for building and enhancing customer understanding as well as targeted campaigns
Develop actionable statistical models covering but not limited to predictive, clustering & segmentation (behaviour, payment, lifestyle etc.), digital (app propensity, app churn etc.), stratified sampling across selected KPIs, association rule mining to develop product affinity, etc. in open-source architecture (Python/R...
