We are seeking a **Predictive Data Scientist** to join our analytics team and support our freight brokerage pricing and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.You will play a key role in developing **predictive pricing models**, **freight rate forecasting tools**, and **bid strategy optimization frameworks** to support data-driven decisions during RFPs and daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**- **Develop predictive models** to forecast freight rates, capacity trends, and market fluctuations based on historical and real-time data (e.g., load boards, lane history, seasonality, fuel prices).
