• Education: Current IIT students or recent graduates
• JEE Advanced Rank: Sub 1000 preferred
• Academic Performance: High CGPA / Department Rank
• Preferred IITs: IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee
• Preferred Stream: Computer Science Engineering (other streams may be considered)
• Availability: Must be able to commit 25+ hours per week reliably on weekdays
