Data Specialist - Building Products

Open Secret is an AI platform focused on solving complex problems in the building products industry. Our founding team previously started and sold an AI company to Warner Music Group – now we're applying modern AI technology to a new space. You’ll be joining a small, fast‑moving team where your work directly shapes both our data and the next generation of our AI tools.

Compensation Range: C$45,000-60,000

Position: 6-Month Contract, with clear path to full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Product Research: Compile and verify descriptions and critical information about highly technical products.
• Technical Data Entry: Examine technical data for errors and find the odd cases where it needs to be re-entered.
• Architect and Improve the Playbook: Start with our current research SOP and refine it: tighten decision trees, add examples, and automate checks where possible.
