Data Specialist
to support the core Product Operations team in delivering on
SLAs (24-hour turnaround)
for the companies
Assisted API products

This is a non client-facing role, but it has a direct impact on end users and the experience of developers integrated with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Data formatting & transformation:
  Review, clean, and format large volumes of structured data according to defined specifications and templates (Excel/CSV/JSON).
• Execute automation:
  Run automated scripts and internal tools used in the data processing pipeline.
• Quality assurance:
  Perform detailed QA to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• SLA-driven execution:
  Manage multiple priorities and work backward from deadlines to deliver within a
  24-hour SLA
