This includes data mining in CoStar and Buxton, marketing execution in Buildout and Crexi, and preparing reports for ongoing owner reporting. The role also supports brokers with essential administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Data Retrieval & Lead Generation (CoStar & Buxton)
Property & Owner Research
Use CoStar to pull detailed property data
Identify ownership entities and true owner contact information (skip-tracing when needed)
Gather historical transaction data
Psychographic & Market Analytics
Use Buxton for trade area analysis
Pull consumer profile reports
Analyze potential site scores to help pitch locations to retail or medical tenants
Call List Maintenance
Curate and clean weekly broker call lists
Segment data by asset type and geography
Listing & Syndication Management (Buildout & Crexi/CoStar)
