Data, Systems & Processes (DSP) Optimization Manager
Contribution: This key role continuously helps to manage and find ways to improve our business processes and information systems to achieve our strategic objectives. Specifically, their goals are to make things easier for stakeholders (CSBA team members, customers, and sureties), increase responsiveness by reducing the time it takes to perform tasks, automate where possible to free up our team to provide greater levels of personalized service, and create visibility into data in a manner that is easy to understand and accessible to the users enabling better feedback and ability to make decisions.
Business Information Systems
Function as the liaison between CSBA users and Sigma/Developers. This involves understanding the problems we are trying to solve for CSBA stakeholders, helping to create conceptual solutions, and working with Sigma and other service providers to find ways to refine or expand on the solutions.
