Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the Data Quality Assurance testing lifecycle, including the development of test strategies, test plans, and test execution.
Manage and mentor a team of testers, guiding them in test scenario design, execution, and defect resolution.
Oversee Database/Data Warehouse/ETL testing, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
Drive test automation initiatives for data testing, leveraging tools and frameworks like Java, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to align test coverage with project goals.
Ensure proper documentation of all test cases, results, and defect tracking, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Take ownership of the Defect Management process, ensuring timely resolution and coordination with development teams.
