**What You Will Do** **:**

+ Lead IC-wide data management programs aligned with the IC Data Strategy.
+ Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance data governance, metadata management, and data sharing across IC elements.
+ Coordinate with IC Chief Data Officers, mission owners, and technology leaders to align data initiatives with enterprise priorities.
+ Manage program milestones, budgets, and reporting in accordance with IC Capability Requirements and acquisition processes.
+ Facilitate stakeholder engagement across ODNI, DoD, and other IC agencies to ensure alignment and adoption.
+ Support workforce development initiatives to improve data literacy and promote a data-centric culture.
