Database Administrator

We are looking for Database Administrator for our client to join the AMS team supporting a key insurance-sector project. The role requires solid expertise in IDMS to ensure high‑quality database performance, stability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IDMS databases
Perform performance tuning, backups, and recovery operations
Ensure data integrity, availability, and security
Collaborate closely with developers and project teams to support application needs
Requirements
Proven experience as a Database Administrator with IDMS
Strong understanding of database performance optimization
Native-level Finnish skills and strong proficiency in English
The position will start as soon as the right candidate is found, and the employment will be through Temp-Team Finland Oy. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence at the client's Espoo office two days per week. This is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2026.
