Database and CRM Analyst

Job Description:

Scope of responsibility:

•Gather pertinent information and organize it in
a logical and functional manner.

•Consult with management or administrators to
determine what data needs to be included in the database system and will then
find the best ways to organize and store this information.

•Analyze complex sets of data to determine
recommendations for business growth and

improvement.

•Utilize the results of the analysis to support
recommendations for action to improve company processes

•Performs data corrections through analyzing data
for errors and formulating corrective

procedures.

•Coaches and/or responds to Software Support
regarding analyzing data, identifying problems, and proposing solutions for
potential data fixes; communicate to the team when data change(s) are complete.
