Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SQL Server SME & Database Architect with deep expertise in SQL Server engineering, performance tuning, cloud migration, and enterprise database architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high‑availability database platforms along with hands‑on ownership of production systems.

Key Responsibilities

SQL Server SME Responsibilities

• Install and configure SQL Server in standalone and cluster environments.
• Manage complete Backup & Recovery strategy, including point‑in‑time restore and disaster scenarios.
• Implement and manage database security policies, auditing, and access controls.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot High Availability technologies such as AlwaysOn, Failover Clustering, Log Shipping, Mirroring, and Replication.
