Succeeding month - Hybrid | Onsite 3x a week but subj to change depends on the Manager
Monday to Friday / Saturday work schedule
8x5 (Regular and Rest Day OT, Holiday, Night Differential work

• Sales Force Automation Front-End System Trainer.
• Preparation of training materials (local versions) and training of new users on TE
• User Acceptance Testing – Front End System
• Deployment and testing of new versions, patches and change request to users (on-site). Travel per need basis
• Prepare and load visit schedule using available integration tools.
• Responding to all queries in email that is related to SFA Front-end.
• Take calls directly from users in local language and create tickets.
• Monthly Coverage Plan
• Uploading of all changes including realignment, add and delete of customers in MCP.
• Verifying submitted MCP vs. MCP uploaded in DMS if reported to...
