About the role

As a Database Developer at Avania, you will play a key role in strengthening our clinical data management and database programming capability, supporting the delivery of high-quality studies across a range of therapeutic areas and clients. This role is focused primarily on database development, while also offering the opportunity to contribute to selected clinical data management activities where needed to support study delivery and team collaboration. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to build, configure, and maintain clinical study databases, with a particular emphasis on bringing adaptable technical skills, a practical mindset, and an understanding of the healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment.
