Database Marketing Manager

Job Scope:
Lead and manage direct offer marketing, including targeted player promotions, segmentation, and personalized incentive delivery.
Oversee all player communication channels (SMS, email, in-app notifications), ensuring messaging accuracy, timely execution, and consistent quality.
Manage and develop team members by providing guidance, performance feedback, and ensuring operational excellence in all campaign executions.
Partner closely with the Analytics team to refine targeting strategies, enhance segmentation models, and drive stronger player engagement and retention.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to design campaigns that grow player acquisition, reactivation, and revenue contribution.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign responses and performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
