Databricks / ETL & Database Engineer

We are hiring two Databricks/ETL & Database Engineers based in India to accelerate the delivery of client analytics and data insight capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark

• Build and maintain data models, data lakes, and analytical databases supporting client analytics

• Develop SQL-based transformations, stored procedures, and data quality checks

• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver actionable data products

• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, data quality, and processing efficiency

• Support data governance, lineage tracking, and documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database engineering

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark

• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms
