About the role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home (WFH) as part of our flexible working arrangements.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
• Maintaining the store's appearance by restocking shelves, organising merchandise, and keeping the sales floor tidy
• Handling cash, processing payments, and reconciling daily sales reports
• Contributing to inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
• Responding to customer feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Supporting the team by assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
