Day Care Worker

At CrossReach, we support people to stay connected, maintain their independence, and get the most out of day-to-day life. As a Day Care Worker, you’ll be involved in providing practical care and helping create a supportive, engaging environment for those who attend our service.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting service users with personal care while maintaining dignity and independence
• Acting as a key worker and helping to develop and review individual care plans
• Building positive relationships with service users, families, and carers
• Supporting and leading group activities that promote wellbeing and social interaction
• Assisting with meals, including preparation and service
• Helping to keep the centre clean, safe, and welcoming
• Keeping accurate records in line with organisational policies and SSSC requirements
