Day Dispatcher

Overview

Dispatcher (Day Shift). Position: Dispatcher Day Shift (Oakville/Burlington). Salary: Starts at $22 - $24/hr. and can go up based on progress and skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all incoming load requests.
• Dispatch drivers for loads based on customer requirements.
• Input delivery information into the MS software.
• Monitor driver routes to ensure timely delivery of freight.
• Communicate with customers and drivers regarding any issues that may arise during delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the transportation/courier industry is an asset.
• Must be flexible for different day shifts.
• Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
