Day Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing mechanical and building services equipment. You will work closely with the client and internal teams to uphold high standards of safety, compliance, and service excellence, while contributing to innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment in line with codes and manufacturer guidelines.
Detect and diagnose faults in mechanical systems, dismantle devices, and replace defective parts as required.
Test and calibrate systems using precision instruments to ensure optimal performance.
Plan and lay out work assignments, determining appropriate methods, techniques, and materials.
