Ink Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Quad – CR/T Facility, Hartford, WI
Pay: $28.00–$32.00/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts + overtime as needed
Note: This position is located at Quad’s CR/T (Chemical Research & Technology) site—not the print plant off Hwy. 60.
About the Role
Join a specialized team at Quad’s CR/T facility, where we manufacture the resins and inks that power our printing operations nationwide. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping our chemical processing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic industrial environment—not a traditional print shop.
What You’ll Do
+ Maintain and repair equipment, including rotary vane pumps, pneumatic pumps, electric motors, belt drives, augers, gearboxes, and vacuum pumps.
+ Install new machinery and support process upgrades.
