**Job Summary**

The Day Treatment Qualified Professional is responsible for leading group sessions and providing direct support to K–12 students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. This role focuses on facilitation, case management, and coordination of care to support student success in school and community settings.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and interventions for students
+ Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)
