Dayforce Workforce Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist with strong Australia payroll and workforce management knowledge. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing Dayforce WFM solutions, with particular emphasis on Australian awards, entitlements, and pay policies to ensure compliance and accurate workforce processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure and support Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) modules
• Implement and maintain pay policies, entitlements, and rules aligned with Australian legislation
• Configure and support Australian awards, including (but not limited to):
• General Retail Industry Award (GRIA)
• SCHADS Award
• Ensure compliance with Australian industrial relations and Fair Work requirements
• Support time & attendance, rostering, scheduling, and leave management configurations
