DBP Management Associates Program (MAP)

Applications are now open for the DBP Management Associates Program (MAP) Batches XIV & XV, a one-year program that trains and prepares qualified candidates to assume leadership positions in the bank.

Qualifications:

· Must be a graduate with honors from a recognized top university or state college, preferably with a degree in business administration, accountancy, engineering, social sciences, information technology, or other related fields;

· Must have passed the Civil Service Eligibility Examination or be a licensed professional in their respective field;

· With mental endurance and physical stamina to undergo and complete the rigors of one-year training;

· Must be able to serve at least 3 years of service obligation after successful completion of the program; and

· Must be willing to be assigned to any branch or lending center depending on bank needs.
