Job Description

The Technology in Finance Immersion Programme (TFIP) is an industry Attach-and-Train Career Conversion Programme that aims to build up an industry pipeline of capabilities in key technology areas to meet the talent needs of the financial services sector.

This is a full-time programme that provides mid-careerists with the opportunity to attend industry-curated structured training, followed by attachment with leading Financial Institutions to gain on-the-job experience to pivot into a career in technology within the financial services sector.

Technology areas that are available under TFIP 2025 are:

• Data Analytics
• Software Engineering (with Artificial Intelligence application)
