Primary Skill required is DBT  
Rest of the skills good to have on BigQuery(Google), SnapLogic, Python, Vega & TableauStrong DBT with SQL and having large scale migration experience 
Hands on experience with Google BigQuery 
SnapLogic experience 
Vega or similar automation frameworks 
BI tools Tableau Looker Power BI 
Python scripting for data engineering
